Al Faze is a member of Great Trail Council Scouting America, where he serves as the Chair of the Sustainability, Trails, and Conservation Committee (SCAT). Al is a retired Professor of Biology and Environmental Science and has over 40 years of teaching experience in the biological sciences. In addition to serving as a volunteer in the Scouting community, Al competes in bird dog competition with his team of red setters. He lives in Ashtabula County with his wife Deborah.
